Jon Armstrong to take on FIA ERC 2024

2023 ERC3 Runner-up Jon Armstrong will tackle the top tier of the championship in 2024. He will pilot his newly revealed Ford Fiesta Rally2 at the first round in Hungary in two weeks time.

Armstrong is the perfect example of going from the virtual world to the real rally world as he was 2018 Wrc E-Sports champion and from there has had an amazing career.

This will not be his first experience of Rally-2 machinery as he competed most recently at the ERC Royal Rally of Scandinavia 2023 in an identical Fiesta Rally2, however he also competed in the Irish Tarmac Rally championship in 2019 when he finished 4th at the Galway International rally.
