Latvala lends rovenpera celica for rally legend

Toyota team boss and former wrc rally winner Jari-matti-Latvala lended his 1989 Toyota celica to current world champion Rovenpera for the rallylegend event which starts today in San Remo the event will celebrate 50 years of Wrc and history of the Mcrae family with Colins father Jimmy also competing this is the 20th anniversary of the event. Kalle will drive Toyota team principal Jari-Matti Latvala’s Celica Turbo 4WD, while his father Harri runs a slightly later specification Celica GT-Four at the popular San Marino event. Latvala completes Toyota’s trio with the Celica GT-4 he has used in historic competition this season.

Stepping further back in time, the stunning trio of Lancia drivers Markku Alén, Walter Röhrl and Miki Biasion will be reacquainted with 037 power on the classic asphalt roads around the Republic.
