8-time world drivers champion Sebastian Ogier was fastest on this mornings rally Spain shakedown stage. Takamoto Katsuta finished shakedown in 2nd with the 3rd spot going to Pierre Louis Loubet. Craig breen was 9th and unusually on these surfaces Neuville 11th. Ogier is a 3 time winner of the event and after his 3rd place finish at rally New Zealand a couple of weeks ago where his Toyota teammate Kalle rövenpera claimed his first world championship Ogier will be keen for a 4th Spanish triumph.
