Callum Devine and Killarney man Noel O Sullivan Crowned Itrc champions

Callum Devine and Killarney man Noel O Sullivan have been crowned 2023 Irish Tarmac Rally Champions after all 7 Rounds they won the championship over Josh Moffett and Andy Hayes by 32 points after Meirion Crashed on Ss2 of the Ulster rally Callum knew he had to bring it home but while bringing it home he still went on to challenge Adrien Fourmaux who later won the rally as part of the British Rally Championship.
